Yarn
Our location in the heart of the US textile industry gives us and our customers direct access to the leading domestic spinners of nearly every yarn type. Our close relationships allow us to stay current on the latest yarn developments, participate in the development of new yarn blends and technologies, and share our knit construction knowledge with our supply partners.
Knitting / Finishing
Clover Knits produces a diverse range of knit fabrics in our two owned and operated facilities in Clover, South Carolina, from traditional to specialty fabrics and everything in between. We provide the expertise needed to select the proper machine gauge/cut and diameter to produce the desired fabric appearance and width. Our inspection department is fully staffed on all shifts to ensure that all fabrics meet quality and program specifications.
Testing
Our expertise in dyestuffs and advanced finishes enables us to manufacture fabrics for the most demanding applications. Using state-of-the-art dye machines and frames, we produce fabrics to meet rigorous requirements such as dimensional stability and torque. We apply anti-microbial, wicking, durable water repellents, flame retardants, and other finishes to meet individual customer fabric performance requirements.
